COACHING FOR BREAK-UPS
So you thought you were going to be together forever, or maybe you didn't, still you're finding the process of getting over your break-up difficult. Whether you were the dumper or the dumped, it doesn't matter, making and breaking a relationship takes two. Yet, getting over your ex is a solitary act. But you don't have to go through the process all alone. If you’re feeling stuck in the past, attached to your ex and unable to get over the loss of the relationship and the dreams you had, don't worry, help is on the way.
Christa Ojeda, the Break-up Coach, is trained in life coaching and hypnotherapy. She'll combine her skills to help you start moving in a different direction by addressing questions such as:
Why do I still yearn to be with someone that wasn't that good to me?
Why do I keep dating the same person?
Why can't I move on with my life?
Why am I obsessed with hearing about my ex or finding out what the ex is doing?
Why does it hurt so much?
We've all been there...she's definitely been there! Christa will help you deal and release your pain and ultimately become a stronger, more confident self. The idea is to mourn your loss, learn from it and become not a bitter person, but someone who is wiser and open to having healthy love in their life.
Christa conducts private sessions, workshops, teleseminars and "vent fests" in person and via the phone.
Private sessions can be an hour of straight talking or a combination of coaching and guided imagery, depends on your needs and what you prefer. These can be in person or over the phone.
Workshops are held in person and topics vary, go to the workshops & events page to see what is currently scheduled.
Teleseminars are held over the phone and are similar to the different workshops offered, go to the "get over your ex" page to see when the next one is being held.
"Vent Fests" are one-hour sessions where participants take turns venting and listening to each other, conducted over the phone, these fests are limited to 6 people so that everyone has a chance to speak.
If you want something else, something different, even if you can’t quite put your finger on what that looks like Christa can help you define and reach your goals. This is for people who are ready to create something successful and powerful in their lives.
Christa’s style is very straight-forward. She likes asking the kinds of questions that can get a person thinking outside of their “normal” belief system in order to inspire awareness and ultimately wanted change. She conducts her sessions absent of judgment, guilt and shame – everyone’s paths should be respected. Christa is a patient yet active listener and knows that when people feel valued they can accomplish extraordinary things.
Get over your ex and get started living the life you want right now.

What's so unique about the Break-up Coach?
Isn't it the same as talking to a friend?

What if I don't feel comfortable with you after we meet?
After numerous inquiries and yes, personal experience I realized that I had a lot to say on the subject of breaking-up. I decided to focus my skills as a hypnotherapist and life coach to offer people this specialized service. This is such a painful experience and it can really get in the way of your life - but it doesn't have to. Going through a break-up the best way leaves you feeling better on the other side and that's what I'd like to help all my clients accomplish. I specialize in helping people get over their exes and moving forward in an authentic and healthy way.
Coaching is also not just what you get from a friend. I’ve been that friend, and although it is one of the reasons I looked to coaching as a career, I found I needed to coach, not just give advice or help someone “see” what I thought they needed to. A coach never approaches the subject with a bias as to how they think you should or should not live your life – there is no hidden agenda or history to overcome. In addition, a coach is trained to ask provocative questions, distinguish between symptoms and sources and identify your confliction intentions.
Right off let me tell you that you are not obligated to buy anything to participate in the free introductory session. It’s important that you feel a rapport with the person your working with. Not every faciliatator is “right” for every person – we all have our different styles and approaches. During this session we will get to know each other, see if we think the collaborative relationship will work. This is about you – and what you want to get out of it.
If possible, I prefer the introductory session to be in person.
This is entirely up to you and what you’re looking for. There are different fee structures based on what packages you choose. Ideally, the introductory session would happen in person.
At CMo Solutions, we want you to get what you need. We do not take it personally if you don’t feel a connection at the introductory session or anywhere in the process. We'll even help by recommending other people to work with.

"Vent Fest"
Let's face it, sometimes we just have to let off a little steam (and perhaps you've called your best friend just a little too often). Christa will lead these sessions where participants take turns venting and listening to each other. Think of it as a telephone support group. These 1 hour sessions are limited to 6 people so that everyone gets time to talk, $15 per person.
