Christa Ojeda is a certified Hypnotherapist with proven success in helping people not only conquer their addiction to cigarettes but to other counter-productive habits as well. She does not use “negative” hypnotherapy – she does not believe in reinforcing disgust over smoking or eating or whatever it is you are trying to accomplish. Instead she focuses on the positives that will exist once you absence yourself of your particular issue in a non-judgmental, guilt-free way.
Christa combines her skills as a life coach and hypnotherapist to help you create lasting personal change. Each session starts with an in-depth discussion about what you're currently going through and how you'd like that to be different. Even if you're not sure what that looks like, she will assist you in uncovering your goals and desires. Then Christa will use her training in hypnosis to help you further let go of your unwanted state and reinforce the changes your want to make in your life.

In addition, Hypnotherapy can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do, so it won’t work if you want to change for someone else or for reasons that are not meaningful to you.

You’ve tried everything to change your life, perhaps you want to quite smoking or develop better eating habits or find your calling or manage stress or… and although you sometimes feel close, nothing seems to work for very long. It may feel as if you are working against yourself to accomplish your goals. Hypnotherapy can help push the process along as it reinforces those things you want more of in a safe, non-evasive way without the use of chemicals or drugs.
This is a great low-cost alternative that can give you immediate results— most people leave their first session with a heightened sense of awareness and well-being.
I'll draw upon my background as a Life Coach in conjunction with my other training to discuss and uncover what you want to achieve. I will ask you to describe for me how you view your current situation and how you want it to be different.
Next, you can choose to sit or lie down and I will use guided imagery to relax you so that your mind is open to receiving the positive suggestions that you want in your life. You will feel very peaceful and relaxed but will not be “put under”. You will be aware of everything that is being said the entire time. Most people find the experience quite pleasurable and start to feel better after only one session.
No. Stage Hypnotists choose highly suggestible volunteers from the audience to do things for entertainment purposes. The people on stage are going along with their natural tendencies. If you don’t want to cluck like a chicken, no amount of hypnosis could make you do it.
There is an idea that those with strong will power can’t be hypnotized. Actually, most of the time, left-brained people go into hypnosis easier than right-brained people. With that said, about 10% of the population has trouble being hypnotized. If you are one of those people, I will be happy to refund your money.
It is important that the hypnotherapist and client have a certain rapport – that is to say, if you feel uncomfortable with your therapist then it may create difficulty where no difficulty need exist. At CMo Solutions, we don’t take this personally; if you show up to your session and don’t feel comfortable with your therapist we can recommend another therapist to help you and no fee will apply for your visit.
Depending on the issue and on the person, it can typically take anywhere from one to four sessions to complete the work you want to accomplish (I’ve had people quit smoking with as little as one session!). But this is your decision – the amount of sessions to schedule is totally up to you.

One Session – 60 minutes of hypnotherapy and pre-induction discussion is $70
Four Sessions – Four 60 minute hypnotherapy sessions and pre-induction discussion is $250
