Spanda Yoga Center (www.spandayogacenter.com) at 906 N. Damen in the Ukrainian Village area of Chicago, IL is a small neighborhood studio offering classes in hatha and vinyassa yoga (group and private). A lovely respite in this busy world, Mary Samano's classes are conducted in a way that honors wherever you are in your personal practice. We will hosting regular Longi yoga classes here (led by Michael Stelnicki) the first Sundays of the month starting in April 2007.
Nature Yoga Sanctuary located in Wicker Park at 2021 N. Division in Chicago, IL (with a second location in Lincoln Park) www.natureyoga.com is a beautiful place to take a unique offering of yoga classes – they also hold a variety of events throughout the month.
